By accessing this website, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or hiring Chronic Site Services (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

1. Services Provided

Chronic Site Services provides, but is not limited to:

  • Junk removal and hauling

  • Demolition (structures, sheds, mobile homes, interiors, concrete, pools, etc.)

  • Land clearing, brush removal, and lot clearing

  • Debris removal and disposal

  • Equipment-based services (skid steer, attachments, trailers, etc.)

All services are subject to site conditions, accessibility, safety concerns, and applicable regulations.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates are non-binding unless stated in writing.

  • Final pricing may change due to:

    • Hidden materials or structures

    • Increased volume, weight, or scope

    • Hazardous or prohibited materials

    • Access issues, delays, or misrepresentation

  • Minimum service charges may apply.

  • Customer agrees to pay the final invoice upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits may be required to schedule work.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work is scheduled or equipment is mobilized.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion unless stated otherwise.

  • Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, electronic transfer, or invoice.

Failure to pay may result in late fees, collections, or legal action.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Weather, safety, or equipment issues may require rescheduling at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information about materials, structures, and site conditions

  • Ensure clear and safe access to the work area

  • Identify underground utilities, septic systems, tanks, irrigation, or hazards

  • Obtain required permits or approvals unless otherwise agreed

Chronic Site Services is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed or unknown conditions.

6. Prohibited & Hazardous Materials

Unless agreed in writing, we do not remove:

  • Hazardous or toxic waste

  • Chemicals, oils, fuels

  • Asbestos-containing materials

  • Explosives or pressurized containers

  • Biohazard or medical waste

Additional fees may apply if undisclosed materials are discovered.

7. Property Damage Disclaimer

Demolition, hauling, and land clearing are inherently invasive services.

Customer acknowledges:

  • Minor ground disturbance, surface damage, or wear may occur

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage

  • We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or hidden structures

Liability is limited to direct damage caused by gross negligence.

8. Recording, Photography & Media Use Consent

Customer acknowledges and agrees that Chronic Site Services may photograph, video record, livestream, or otherwise document the job site before, during, and after services.

Recorded media may be used for:

  • Job documentation and verification

  • Liability protection and dispute resolution

  • Training and internal use

  • Marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes

This includes use on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, company websites, advertisements, and any current or future media platforms, without limitation.

Customer grants Chronic Site Services a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such media without compensation or further approval.

Chronic Site Services will not intentionally record inside occupied living spaces unless necessary for the work performed.

If the customer does not consent, written notice must be provided prior to scheduling service. Refusal of consent may result in cancellation or inability to perform services.

9. Safety & Right to Refuse Work

We reserve the right to:

  • Stop work if conditions are unsafe

  • Refuse service for any reason

  • Remove workers or equipment from hazardous sites

Safety decisions are final.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided

11. Website Use

  • Website content is informational only

  • Online quote requests are not guarantees

  • Unauthorized use of this website is prohibited

12. Privacy

Use of this website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how customer information is collected and used.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes shall be handled in Texas courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
